The LPN Medication Care Manager is responsible for providing high-quality care by administering medication and treatments safely and organized. Responsibilities include medication administration, documentation, conducting SHUs, and providing resident care, all in accordance with relevant laws, standards, regulations, and Sunrise policies, to promote the highest quality of care.
