The LPN Medication Care Manager is responsible for providing the highest quality of care by administering medication and treatments safely and organized. Responsibilities include medication administration, documentation, conducting SHUs, and providing resident care in accordance with laws, standards, and policies to promote quality care.

Need Sundays - Thursdays 3P-11P, Full Time

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments following safety protocols.
• Document medication administration accurately.
• Review, read, and notate resident logs.
• Assist with medication updates and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Report concerns and restock medication supplies.
• Assist residents in maintaining independence with dignity.
• Follow safety and infection control procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and training.
• Supervise other team members as assigned.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or equivalent credential.
• Certifications such as CPR and First Aid.
• At least 18 years old.
• Experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication and judgment skills.
