Job Overview

The LPN Medication Care Manager provides quality care by administering medication and treatments safely, adhering to laws, standards, and Sunrise policies, in line with our mission to champion the quality of life for all seniors.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Schedule: 3-11 PM, Tuesday through Saturday.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Administering medications and treatments following the Six Rights of Medication Pass.
• Documenting medication administration accurately.
• Monitoring and assessing residents' needs for medications.
• Maintaining confidentiality and safety standards.
• Participating in resident care planning and team meetings.
• Ensuring safety and compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications: Valid LPN, LVN, or relevant nursing license, CPR and First Aid certifications, at least 18 years old, with a desire to serve seniors and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
