Job Overview

The LPN Medication Care Manager is responsible for providing the highest quality care by administering medication and treatments safely and organized. Responsibilities include medication administration, documentation, conducting SHUs, and providing resident care, all in accordance with laws, standards, regulations, and Sunrise policies to ensure quality care and service.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

1. Shift: 10:45pm-7:15am
2. Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments, ensuring safety and organization.
• Document medication administration accurately.
• Assist with resident care and participate in care planning.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety protocols.
• Participate in team meetings and training.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), LVN, or equivalent credential.
• Certifications in CPR and First Aid.
• At least 18 years old.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
