Qualifications

• Must be an LPN in good standing and licensed by the state.
• Experience in hospital or long-term care settings required.
• Experience completing MDS and care plans required.
• Proficiency with RAI/PPS processes required.
• AccuMed experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the RAI process and MDS coding and state transmission.
• Develop individualized resident care plans and outcomes.
• Train new team members on MDS content and electronic completion.
