American Traveler is seeking an RN for a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing unit in Minnesota. The role requires an active MN RN license and at least two years of nursing experience, with dementia training prior to start.

Night shift covers two units (Tamarack and Aspen Memory Care) with RN/LPN staffing; must be flexible for weekends and possible schedule changes. Point Click Care and MEDITECH EMR experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active MN RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required.
• Dementia training required prior to start.
• Point Click Care and MEDITECH EMR experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care across Tamarack and Memory Care units.
• Night shift covering two units with RN/LPN staffing.
• Work with CNAs; staffing ratios vary by shift and unit.
• Must be flexible for weekends and possible schedule changes; may include holiday coverage.
• Use Point Click Care and MEDITECH charting systems.
