This role involves providing ongoing care and specialized treatment for patients recovering from various conditions, such as stroke, brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist with patient assessments and monitoring
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) using Cerner
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients

Required Experience

• Must have at least 1 year of experience as a nurse

Certifications/Licensure

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Texas or multistate
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
