Job summary

Qualifications

• Must obtain Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire.
• Temporary or Graduate RN permits may be required per state board requirements.
• BSN degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process within a shift.
• Demonstrate independent nursing judgment and accountability in patient care.
• Assess and interpret patient data to identify age-specific needs.
• Collaborate with the health care team to coordinate and deliver care.
• Document patient status, interventions and outcomes for continuity of care.
