Essentia Health's Northern Pines Care Center is seeking a licensed practical nurse who will be responsible for delivering compassionate care to elderly residents. The position requires adherence to nursing protocols and teamwork with the care staff to ensure patient safety and well-being.
The nurse will participate in shift rotations (Day/Eve/Night) and comply with licensing, safety, and documentation requirements to maintain high-quality care and resident satisfaction.
Building Location: Northern Pines Care Center Department: 2133090 NURSING HOME - NPMC SNF Job Description: A care giver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of primarily elderly patients for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment/instrumentation, and other health care team members. Works both cooperatively and independently, to work efficiently under stress.
Education Qualifications: No educational requirements Licensure/Certification Qualifications: Current Minnesota licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) / CPR certification required within 6 months of hire.
