Job summary

Essentia Health is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our nursing home team. You will organize and provide resident care through the nursing process, delegate tasks to licensed staff, and contribute to meeting the facility's mission and regulatory requirements.

Job Description: Responsible for organizing and providing care to residents through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions. Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.
