Job summary

Luxor Healthcare Management is seeking an LPN to provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting in Tennessee. You will work under the direction of RNs to implement care plans and ensure resident comfort and safety.

In this role, you will administer medications, monitor conditions, document changes, and support CNAs. We value compassionate caregivers with strong teamwork and communication skills who are dedicated to quality elder care.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in the State of Tennessee.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care/skilled nursing preferred, but new grads welcome.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassion for the elderly and dedication to quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments per facility policy and state regulations.
• Monitor and document resident condition changes, notifying RN/physician as needed.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering resident care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
