Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7-7) in our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit in Tennessee.

You will perform medication administration, vital signs, and patient care, coordinating with physicians and supervising CNAs. The position offers a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
