Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule (7-7) at Mount Juliet, TN. This role covers care in Skilled and Long Term Care units, including medication administration, vital signs, and direct resident care with outcome monitoring.

Ideal candidates hold a Tennessee LPN license and are prepared to supervise CNAs, collaborate with physicians and families, and participate in ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license required.
