Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time, rotating schedule on our skilled nursing and long-term care units. The role includes medication administration, vital signs, treatments, and patient education.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license required.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in skilled unit and long-term care unit.

• Give resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.
• Educate residents and families.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health professionals.
