Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is hiring an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time 12-hour shifts (7-7) in our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. The role includes medication administration, IVs, vitals, and coordinating care with physicians and families.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license required.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident care and monitor outcomes.
• Educate residents and families.
