Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7-7). Immediate hire with a sign-on bonus. Responsibilities include medication administration, vital signs, and providing resident care in our skilled nursing and long-term care units.

The LPN will supervise CNAs, communicate with physicians, and educate residents and families. Competitive wages, benefits, and uniforms provided; Tennessee LPN license required.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license is required.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication administration, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Deliver resident care and treatments with outcome monitoring.
• Educate residents and families and coordinate care with physicians and other health professionals.
• Supervise CNAs and collaborate with the care team.
