Job summary

Plan A Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under supervision. You will assess residents, administer medications, perform tests, document outcomes, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Night shifts with rotating weekends/holidays, shift differentials, and a sign-on bonus are offered. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, an active LPN license, IV

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program; associate degree preferred.
• Maintain an unencumbered LPN license and meet department-specific competency requirements.
• Possess IV therapy skills if required, with relevant coursework or experience.
• Minimum 400 hours of clinical experience or equivalent work experience as an LPN.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork capabilities.
• Commitment to ongoing education and certification maintenance.
