The Riverside Premier Rehabilitation and Healing Center in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a full-time LPN to join its skilled nursing team. You will provide care for residents, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with physicians, NPs, and CNAs to ensure quality outcomes.

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
