Job summary
The Riverside Premier Rehabilitation and Healing Center is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a skilled nursing facility team in Ridgewood, NY. You will deliver comprehensive care to geriatric residents, including medication administration and vital signs monitoring.

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
- Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
- Medication Administration, including IVs.
- Taking and recording vital signs.
- Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
- Provide resident and family education.
- Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
- Supervising CNAs
- Current License-LPN
Salary:up to $45 an hour
