The Riverside Premier Rehabilitation and Healing Center in Harlem, GA is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our skilled nursing team. This full-time position supports geriatric residents, administers medications (including IVs), tracks vital signs, and delivers care and education with collaborative physicians and CNAs.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus, daily pay, and comprehensive benefits. Day, evening, and night shifts are available in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

Current LPN license in good standing.
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
Ability to work independently and educate residents and families.

Responsibilities

Medication administration, including IVs, with accurate documentation.
Taking and recording vital signs and monitoring resident outcomes.
Provide resident care and treatments with appropriate supervision of CNA staff.
Educate residents and families about care plans and treatments.
Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
Medication Administration, including IVs.
