Job summary
The Riverside Premier Rehabilitation and Healing Center is seeking a dedicated LPN for our Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care units. The role offers up to $45 per hour with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and daily pay options.
This full-time opportunity supports geriatric residents with compassionate, independent nursing care. Responsibilities include medication administration, vital signs, resident care, and family education.
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in New York.
- Experience in geriatric/long-term care preferred.
- Ability to work independently with supervision as needed.

- Provide direct resident care and therapeutic activities.

Salary:up to $45 an hour

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
- Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
- Medication Administration, including IVs.
- Taking and recording vital signs.
- Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
- Provide resident and family education.
- Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
- Supervising CNAs
- Current License-LPN
Salary:up to $45 an hour
