Primary compensation includes an hourly rate up to $45, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and daily pay options.

• LPN license active and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in SNF and Long Term Care Unit.
• Administer medications, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident care and monitor outcomes.
• Educate residents and families.
• Communicate with physicians and other health professionals.
