Job summary
The Riverside Premier Rehabilitation and Healing Center is seeking a skilled LPN to join our geriatric care team in a full-time role at our Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care unit.
You will provide comprehensive nursing care, administer medications (including IVs), monitor vital signs, and collaborate with physicians and staff to improve resident outcomes.
Qualifications
- Current LPN license is required.
- Experience in geriatric or SNF/LTC settings preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for residents of the Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.
- Administer medications, including IVs.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.
- Educate residents and families on care plans.
- Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
- Supervise CNAs.

Salary:up to $45 an hour

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
- Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
- Medication Administration, including IVs.
- Taking and recording vital signs.
- Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
- Provide resident and family education.
- Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
- Supervising CNAs
- Current License-LPN
Salary:up to $45 an hour
