The Phoenix Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is actively hiring a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for full-time roles in our skilled nursing and long-term care units in New York. Candidates must hold a NY LPN license, be capable of independent evaluation and treatment, and demonstrate passion for geriatric care.

Shifts include day, evening, and night with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and daily pay options. We offer competitive wages, benefits after 90 days, and opportunities for professional growth

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in SNF and Long Term Care Unit.

• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
