Qualifications

• Ability to evaluate and treat independently in SNF/LTC settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication administration and nursing care for SNF residents.
• Take and record vital signs and monitor outcomes.
• Deliver resident care and treatments with supervision where appropriate.

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs
