The Phoenix Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Elmhurst, NY is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. You will provide resident care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and educate families while coordinating with physicians and CNAs.
