Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is seeking a dedicated LPN for a Full Time Day Shift at Wesley Ridge, Columbus, OH. Join a not-for-profit organization delivering compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in assisted living and memory care.

You will collaborate with a caring team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care plans, ensuring safety and wellbeing for residents, and contributing to a mission-driven workplace.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LPN license is required.
• Experience in assisted living and memory care is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and clear communication with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in assisted living and memory care.
