Job summary

The Ohio Masonic Communities is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide patient-centered care across our retirement communities in Ohio. The role includes shift coverage for Full-Time and Part-Time positions on 3pm-11:30pm, and PRN options with 7am-3:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm, and 11pm-7:30am shifts.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time roles, with a $2,500 bonus for part-time roles. We value diversity and inclusive hiring practices.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LPN license from the Ohio Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary care to each and every resident.
• Assigns Nursing Assistants duties and evaluates progress of nursing assistants, resident assistants, and universal workers.
• Takes and records patients’ vital signs. Dresses wounds, gives enemas, douches.
• Observes patients and reports adverse reactions to medication or treatment to supervisor.
• Administers specified medication, orally or by subcutaneous or intramuscular injection, and documents in medication administration records.
