Job summary

Life Enriching Communities in Columbus, OH is seeking an LPN to provide compassionate nursing care in our Assisted Living and Memory Care units. You will follow resident care plans, administer medications, and monitor health in collaboration with families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio LPN license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.

• Monitor residents’ health and report changes promptly.
• Collaborate with caregivers and families to ensure comprehensive care.
