Job summary

Life Enriching Communities in Montgomery, OH, is seeking an LPN for full-time night shifts at Twin Lakes. You will provide nursing care to residents, assess and respond to changing needs, and collaborate with a compassionate team to maintain residents' comfort and safety.

The ideal candidate holds an Ohio LPN license, demonstrates kindness, teamwork, and professionalism, and is committed to delivering dignified, person-centered care in a memory care and assisted living environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with Ohio license and current credentials.
• Ability to provide resident-centered nursing care and observe changes in condition.
• Strong communication and teamwork with care staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents in assisted living and memory care.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure resident safety and comfort.
