We are currently seeking a qualified, team-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to fill the following openings. Our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for supervision and of residents' care under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

Responsibilities:

1. Makes daily rounds on the unit in order to observe and evaluate physical and emotional status of nursing residents.
2. Provides comprehensive oversight to unit staff to assure nursing care is provided according to physician's orders.
3. Analyzes and evaluates nursing staff needs as well as determines staffing requirements.
4. Assesses the needs of each resident, and implements the Resident Interim Care Plan.
5. Provides daily input to the Unit Manager for development of the resident care plan.
6. Performs generalized Charge Nurse duties.

Skills and Requirements:

1. Valid and Active Nursing License in NJ.
2. Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
3. Working knowledge of health care laws and regulations.
