A sign-on bonus is offered and daily pay options are highlighted in the posting. Applicants must hold an active LPN license and demonstrate the ability to work independently and provide high-quality geriatric care across day, evening, and night shifts.

Responsibilities

Provide care for SNF residents and LTAC unit patients.

Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
Medication Administration, including IVs.
Taking and recording vital signs.
Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
Provide resident and family education.
Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
