Clarendale at Bellevue Place in Nashville, TN, is looking for an LPN to provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care on day or night shifts. You will support and guide Quality‑of‑Life Specialists and Resident Assistants while coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes dignity, independence, and hospitality in daily resident care.

Qualifications

• Current LPN credential required.
• Active nursing license in the state of practice.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Willingness to respond to community emergencies as needed.
• Compassionate, hospitality-focused approach to resident care.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence and dignity.
• Monitor resident health and behavioral changes and help develop and update individualized care plans.
• Communicate resident needs, community conditions, and supply requirements to the Director of Health Services.
• Administer nursing care in accordance with physician orders, nursing standards, and community policies.
• Coordinate preventive, therapeutic, and rehabilitative care with interdisciplinary team members.
• Supervise and delegate care responsibilities to support staff.

What You'll Do
