Job summary

Clarendale Ann Arbor is recruiting a hospitality focused LPN to join our team. This role provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises care provided by Quality-of-Life Specialists/Resident Assistants, in a setting that emphasizes a welcoming, hospitality-driven culture.

The LPN will assist with ADLs, monitor resident health, and collaborate with the health services director to ensure high-quality resident care while adhering to physician orders and established policies.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license valid in state worked.
• Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.
• Identify resident medical and behavioral changes and participate in development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician's orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Coordinate preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assist in coordinating nursing care with other disciplines.

Education
