Clarendale at Bellevue Place is hiring an LPN to provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care and support our Quality-of-Life Specialists and Resident Assistants.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, monitoring health/status, updating care plans, and coordinating with the health services team. LPN licensure in the state is required; strong communication and a hospitality-minded approach are essential. Full-time, on-site role in Nashville, TN.

Competenze

• Current LPN credential required.
• Active nursing license in the state of practice.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence and dignity.
• Monitor resident health and behavioral changes and help develop/update individualized care plans.
• Communicate resident needs, community conditions, and supply requirements to the Director of Health Services.
• Administer nursing care per physician orders and standards.
• Coordinate preventive, therapeutic, and rehabilitative care with interdisciplinary team members.
• Supervise and delegate care responsibilities to support staff.
