The Phoenix Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Melrose, NY is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. The role involves medication administration, vital signs, resident care, and education for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license
