The Phoenix Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in New York is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. Candidates must hold a NY LPN license, provide independent patient care, and support geriatric residents with daily activities and treatments.
