Pivotal Health Care’s Northridge Village in Ames, IA is seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse (RN/LPN) to oversee resident care and coordinate with physicians and families. You will conduct rounds, monitor changes in condition, and ensure safety and infection control in a compassionate, patient-centered setting.

Ideal candidates will have an accredited nursing degree, active RN/LPN license, CPR certification, and prior long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
