Job summary

American Medical Administrators MGMT Company in Kansas City, MO is seeking an LPN for day or night shifts to provide compassionate patient care, perform assessments, document findings, and support a safe care plan in a busy facility. You will lead CNAs and team members, manage admissions and discharges, provide wound care, respond to emergencies, and ensure compliance with protocols.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with an active license (LPN).
• Experience caring for residents/patients and documenting findings.
• Ability to lead CNAs and CMTs and ensure policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform admission duties: complete assessment, MAR/TAR/POS, review chart setup, physician orders, and med orders.
• Manage discharges: document, notify physician/guardian, arrange transportation.
• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, remove dressings.
