Job summary

American Medical Administrators MGMT Company seeks licensed practical nurses (LPNs) for night and day shifts, including full-time, part-time, and PRN. The role focuses on compassionate resident care, accurate assessments, and adherence to protocols.

You will mentor CNAs and CMTs while coordinating clinical tasks in a skilled nursing setting. The position requires current LPN licensure, strong documentation skills, and the ability to respond quickly to emergencies.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct assessments, follow protocol, report medical or behavioral changes, and document findings

• Perform admission duties: complete assessment, MAR, TAR, POS, review chart set-up, physician orders, and order medications

• Manage discharges: complete documentation, notify physician and guardian, and arrange transportation

• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings

• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies

• Respond effectively to emergency situations
