Job summary

Fair View Health Care Center in Sedalia, MO is seeking LPNs for full-time, part-time, or PRN night/day shifts to provide resident care and lead care teams. You will conduct assessments, document findings, manage admissions and discharges, provide wound care, and respond to emergencies while ensuring compliance with facility protocols and physician orders.

• Conduct assessments, follow protocol, report changes, and document findings.
• Perform admission duties: complete assessment, MAR, TAR, POS, review chart setup, physician orders, and medication orders.
• Manage discharges: complete documentation, notify physician and guardian, arrange transportation.
• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings.
• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations.
