Job summary

American Medical Administrators MGMT Company is seeking an LPN to provide compassionate patient care in a residential setting. You will conduct assessments, document changes, and work within established protocols to ensure high-quality nursing care.

The role includes admissions, discharges, wound care, and supervising CNAs and CMTs, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and emergency responsiveness.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure or active practical nursing license.
• Commitment to resident care and adherence to nursing protocols.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, document findings and report changes.
• Perform admission duties: assessments, MAR/TAR/POS and orders.
• Manage discharges: document, notify physician, arrange transportation.
• Provide wound care following protocols and dressings.
• Lead CNAs and CMTs while ensuring compliance with policies.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and effectively.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct assessments, follow protocol, report medical or behavioral changes, and document findings

• Perform admission duties: complete assessment, MAR, TAR, POS, review chart set-up, physician orders, and order medications

• Manage discharges: complete documentation, notify physician and guardian, and arrange transportation

• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings

• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies

• Respond effectively to emergency situations
