Job summary

Community Health Services- CHS is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Fremont, Ohio office with flexibility to support other locations. You will assess patients, perform point-of-care testing, and support lab follow-up under the Nursing Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current LPN license in the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification.
• Knowledge of documenting with EHR.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to think critically and problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Perform adult and pediatric nursing assessments.
• Administer injections as needed and follow safety guidelines.
• Communicate clearly with Providers, Patients, and CHS Staff.
• Follow up on lab and diagnostic testing.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and safety standards.

You would be working alongside a dynamic team of healthcare professionals allowing you to utilize your skills and grow in your profession.
