$4,000 SIGN-ON BONUS - Full-Time (2nd & 3rd Shift Only!)

(Paid: 25% at 90 days | 25% at 180 days | 50% at 365 days)

We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time night shift positions in Erie, PA 16504. This is an excellent opportunity for LPNs passionate about providing top-tier long-term care in a supportive environment.

Position Details:

• Job Title: LPN Licensed Practical Nurse
• Location: Erie, PA 16504
• Shifts Available:
• 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Position Type: Full-time LPN Licensed Practical Nurse
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, No Weekends Available

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient-centered nursing care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as required.
• Monitor and document residents’ conditions and report changes to the physician.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning to ensure resident well-being.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants.
• Maintain compliance with infection control and safety protocols.

Job Requirements:

• Licensure: Active LPN license in Pennsylvania.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Certifications: Current CPR certification.
• Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
