Job summary

Careage's Patriots Landing retirement community in Washington state is seeking a full-time day-shift LPN to provide compassionate nursing care across memory care, assisted living, and independent living. The role emphasizes clinical duties and daily resident support.

Applicants must hold an active WA LPN license, CPR/First Aid certification, and graduate of an approved LPN program; dementia/mental health training is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Washington State LPN License.
• Graduate of a state-approved Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification.
• Dementia and Mental Health training is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in memory care, assisted living, and independent living.
• Prepare and administer medications according to policy, order and receive pharmacy deliveries.
• Document resident progress notes, treatments, and any changes in health status.
• Assist residents with personal care and physical support as needed.
