Job summary

Patriots Landing is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for a full-time daytime position in our memory care and assisted living community. You will provide compassionate nursing care, administer medications, and document resident health status to support safe, high-quality care.

The role requires an active WA LPN license, CPR/First Aid certification, and a dedication to residents’ well-being. Compensation is $37–$41 per hour DOE, with full-time benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Washington State LPN License.
• Graduate of a state-approved Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification.
• Dementia and Mental Health training is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in memory care, assisted living, and independent living.
• Prepare and administer medications according to policy, order and receive pharmacy deliveries.
• Document resident progress notes, treatments, and any changes in health status.
• Assist residents with personal care and physical support as needed.
