Job summary

Patriots Landing is seeking an LPN to provide compassionate nursing care across memory care, assisted living, and independent living settings. You will prepare and administer medications, document health changes, and support residents with personal care as needed.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Washington State LPN License.
• Graduate of a state-approved Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification.
• Dementia and Mental Health training is preferred but not required.

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in memory care, assisted living, and independent living.
• Prepare and administer medications according to policy, order and receive pharmacy deliveries.
• Document resident progress notes, treatments, and any changes in health status.
• Assist residents with personal care and physical support as needed.

As an LPN at our retirement community, you will provide compassionate care and health services to our independent and assisted living residents.
