Job summary

Cascade Living Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN or RN) to provide medication management and skilled nursing care across our Alpine Way facility. The role supports residents in a community focused on wellness and purposeful living, with opportunities across independent, assisted living and memory care services.

Responsibilities include implementing care plans, training on medication administration, and educating residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state license as a professional Licensed Nurse (LPN or RN).

As an Licensed Nurse (LPN or RN), you’ll provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.

• Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends

• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines
• Assisting in training and monitoring of medication care administration

$40.00 - $45.00/hour
