Washington Care Center in Seattle, WA seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver comprehensive resident services, administer medications, provide nursing care, and support dining services as needed. Training other staff is included as assigned.

The ideal candidate holds a current LPN license in good standing, has at least 1 year of healthcare experience, and has training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices, with a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing care to residents

• Demonstrates knowledge of and adheres to procedures for fire, life safety, disaster, security, work, safety, and other emergency procedures
• Notifies physician, RN and/or designated agent(s) of resident status/change as appropriate. Receives and executes written and verbal orders from the physician or designated agent, as permitted by state regulations.

Job Summary

Washington Care Center in Seattle, WA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for resident services and other duties assigned, performing duties with other staff and volunteers as appropriate. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, dining services and others as needed for resident well-being. Trains other staff as assigned.

Essential Functions:
