Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per policy and state regulations.
• Monitor and document resident condition changes; notify RN/physician as needed.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering resident care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation to comply with regulations.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
